California, where you may have started
your Limoges box collection. Maybe Barbara, Carmela, Robin, Marcus, Yvonne,
Ivy, Cathy or Armand served you. You might be one of our celebrity
customers or a long-time friend who has wondered whatever happened to that
little store where you could count on finding that special addition to your
collection.
Since
the early 1980's we have imported
beautiful porcelain boxes directly from the city of Limoges. Having in
common with you our love of fine artisanship and rare objets d'art we are
now bringing that little store into your home and invite you to browse our
beautiful Web Site.
The same quality and personal service are still due to you, our customer.
We love our boxes, most of which are decorated exclusively for us and are
numbered and signed. Some are designed by us and all purchases include a
certificate of authenticity.
We
feature top artisanship; great high
temperature fired colors. After purchase, if you find an identical item on
any other Web Page at a lower price, just let us know the Web Page address,
and we guarantee to refund you the price difference, plus 10%. This does
not include seasonal items such as Easter, Christmas, Hanukah, and
Halloween.
We
ship Fed Ex Economy, therefore
most of our shipments are received within 3 days from order; guaranteed.
From 1 to 4 Caprice Limoges boxes are shipped for $12.00 Fed Ex fee.
Quality
Control is not just a nice
catch phrase for us. If you are not satisfied with your box you can return
it up to 60 days after your receipt of the box.
Return
Procedures we do not issue call
tags, so all returns must have an authorization number posted on the
returned parcel by you. Please call us if you are not satisfied and we will
give you a return authorization number; no questions asked. The
authorization number is to make sure we can process all returns adequately
and issue the proper credits.Upon receipt of returns we will credit you a
flat fee of $5.00. We require that all returns are fully insured, as we do
when shipping them out to you. Only non-damaged returns qualify for the
refund.
